The building, first mentioned in writing around the year 1314 with the entire Patleidhof, was built as a grain storage. This building stored the grain reserves of the community's farmers, which was to provide security in case of crop failure or other disasters. Wheat, barley, and rye were the main types that had to be paid as tithe to the Baron each year. In 2019, this small chamber was transformed into a dream vacation spot for many guests.

The south-facing, approximately 55 m² large, light-flooded living rooms are furnished with natural old wood and traditional craftsmanship. Sleep in the bedroom (two separate double bedrooms) with Swiss pine wood, conducive to a restful, healthy sleep under a romantic starry sky with window space. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, coffee maker, and microwave, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and stone washbasin made from boulders on our property, floor heating from our wood chip heating system, spacious wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and last but not least... a unique backdrop of the magnificent mountain scenery and valley view, as well as a private garden, gas grill option, lawn, free parking garage.
